Starts 12:00:00 AM ET on August 15, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2025.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., age 18+ at time of entry. Excludes residents of New York and Rhode Island. Employees/contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate families/household members, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island at the time of entry. Residents of Florida are currently ineligible to enter due to state-specific regulatory requirements. However, once Offroad Angels, Inc. (“Sponsor”) obtains all required bonding, registration, and approvals from the State of Florida and meets all applicable legal criteria, Florida will be added as an eligible state for entry (“Florida Activation Date”). The Florida Activation Date will be announced by the Sponsor through official Sweepstakes communications, and from that date forward, entries from Florida residents will be accepted in accordance with these Official Rules. Prior to the Florida Activation Date, any entry received from a Florida resident will be void.
4. How to Enter
Method A — Purchase (Shopify): Buy eligible products on our store during the Promotion Period. For each eligible purchase, you receive entries based on our current offer. Example: $35 purchase = 3,500 entries. Exact entries are shown on each product page. Entry limits, if any, are stated on product pages.
Method B — Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To receive a free digital entry, send an email to [insert your giveaway email address] with the subject line “Free Entry Request” and include your full legal name, complete mailing address, valid phone number, and a statement that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States (excluding New York and Rhode Island). Each eligible free entry submission will be awarded the same number of entries as a single paid entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Email entries must be received by November 15, 2025 to be valid. All entries are subject to verification and must comply with the Official Rules.
Each eligible AMOE received will be awarded the same number of entries as the highest single entry package offered that day (currently 3,500 entries). Limit one (1) AMOE request per person per day during the Promotion Period. Entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2025 and received by November 20, 2025. No photocopies/mechanically reproduced requests. Incomplete/illegible mail is void.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: 2024 Jeep Rubicon with custom modifications (ARV: $120,000). Actual prize may vary from images. Winner is responsible for all taxes (including federal 1099), registration, insurance, licensing, and any travel/shipping costs to take delivery. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty other than that of the manufacturer (if any). Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by an independent third party on or about November 22, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified by email/phone and must respond within 72 hours with eligibility documents (including government-issued ID and W-9). Failure to respond or provide required documents may result in disqualified

• The Sweepstakes will begin on or before August 15, 2025 and will end on or before November 15, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
• Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the official start date to any date on or before August 15, 2025, and the official end date to any date on or before November 15, 2025.

A. Paid Entry (Ticket Purchase):
• Tickets are available for $20 each, with bundle discounts available (3 for $50, 7 for $100).
• Each ticket purchased equals the stated number of entries into the Sweepstakes.
• Purchase tickets online at [Sponsor’s Website] during the Entry Period.
B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To receive a free digital entry, send an email to [insert your giveaway email address] with the subject line “Free Entry Request” and include your full legal name, complete mailing address, valid phone number, and a statement that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States (excluding New York and Rhode Island). The Sweepstakes has three prize tiers based on the total net funds raised from ticket sales:
• Tier 1: $25,000 cash prize – awarded if Tier 2 or Tier 3 thresholds are not met.
• Tier 2: 2024 Jeep Wrangler JLU Rubicon, fully built with over $40,000 in aftermarket parts (approximate retail value: $120,000) – awarded if sufficient funds are raised for Tier 2, but not Tier 3.
• Tier 3: 2024 Jeep Wrangler JLU Rubicon (as described in Tier 2) plus $25,000 cash prize – awarded if sufficient funds are raised for Tier 3.
Notes:
• Sponsor fully expects to achieve Tier 3 but reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remain at Tier 1 or Tier 2 if fundraising thresholds are not met.
• The determination of which Tier is awarded will be made solely by Sponsor at the close of the Sweepstakes based on total funds raised.
• All prize details, including colors, options, and modifications, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. CHARITABLE DONATIONS
• A portion of the Sweepstakes proceeds will be donated to one or more charitable organizations supporting children’s hospitals and wounded veterans.
• The amount and allocation of such donations will be determined by the Sponsor at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes based on total funds raised.
• Participation in the Sweepstakes does not constitute a tax-deductible charitable donation.
